Don’t remember your case number, exact charge, conviction date, or what happened on an old case? Once you become a client, we’ll search available court records, locate your case, and review the information with you so you know what you’re working with.
Infraction Expungement - $299
Whether it’s Shoplifting (PC 490.1) or Disturbing the Peace (PC 415) reduced from a more serious charge, your conviction is still there. Clearing it can help finish what the reduction started.
Misdemeanor and Felony Expungement and Reduction - $499
From theft and drug offenses to hit and run, and other convictions, many California cases may qualify for dismissal. We handle the paperwork and filing from start to finish for one straightforward flat fee. And if your felony qualifies, we can ask for a reduction under PC 17 (b) to a misdemeanor offense before dismissal. Additional expungements are just $399.
And unlike many services, we don’t charge more just because your case involved a probation violation.
DUI/Wet Reckless - $499
Whether your conviction was for DUI or wet reckless, an old driving conviction can continue to show up long after the case is over. If you’re eligible for dismissal, we prepare and file everything needed to help you put the case behind you.

Early Termination of Probation - $499
You may not have to wait for probation to end.
If you’ve completed the important terms of your probation and have been doing well, you may be able to ask the court to end probation early. Ending probation early can remove a barrier to certain jobs, professional licenses, schools, and other opportunities that may be difficult to pursue while you’re still on probation.
Record Sealing - $499
An arrest shouldn’t follow you forever.
If you were arrested but never convicted because charges were never filed, your case was dismissed, or you were found not guilty, you may be eligible to have your arrest record sealed. We’ll file the proper notices with law enforcement agencies then file your request with the court to prevent law enforcement from providing your arrest information.

Our flat rate service does not include attorney representation or court appearances. If the court requires a hearing, we’ll help you understand what to expect and prepare you to appear on your own.
